Lemon meringue tart

I had always been a bit sceptic about tarts, and especially about fruit tarts, but this made me change my mind!

This lemon meringue tart, also known here as the tarte au citron meringuée, available in every single shop of this country, has a great balance between the acidic taste of lemon and the sweetness of the Italian meringue.

Also the decor is not that bad uh… I think I might have have understood how to use a piping bag! 😛
