100g | Milk chocolate |
150 | Bittersweet chocolate |
5 | Eggs |
50g | Unsalted or salted butter |
100g | Whipped cream (optional) |

Note
Personally I prefer a mousse that melts in your mouth even though it is not very light and airy: to achieve this, I skip the last step and never add whipped cream. For a lighter mousse, add whipped cream according to your taste: even 20 grams might be fine, rather than 100!
Suggestion: a real flavour booster is salted butter, trust me! It's amazing! 🙂
