Chocolate chip muffins (muffin method)

Ingredients
| Yield | 12 muffins |
| 240 g | All-purpose flour |
| 130 g | Sugar |
| 10 g | Baking powder |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 240 ml | Milk |
| 70 g | Melted butter, cooled |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 150g | Chocolate chips (increase the quantity depending on your level of addiction to chocolate) |
| 1 orange | Orange zest |
| 1 | Sift the dry ingredients together, including the chocolate chips |
| 2 | Stir the liquid ingredients together in another bowl |
| 3 | Combine the dry and liquid ingredients. The batter should be lumpy, so don’t overmix. |
| 4 | Portion the batter into paper-lined (or silicone) muffin cups |
| 5 | Bake at 180° until light brown and set in the center, approximately 18 minutes |
| 6 | Cool the muffins in the pan before removing. |
Suggestion: add some granulated sugar (also try brown sugar) on top of the portioned muffins before baking. A thicker crust will form during baking.
