The <strong>green disappears as mangoes ripen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mangoes also look <strong>perfect as decoration<\/strong> since they\u00a0can be perfectly <strong>diced\u00a0<\/strong>with an <strong>easy technique<\/strong> (that I used in\u00a0a recipe\u00a0I published\u00a0some time ago, the <a title=\"Pastel de tres leches \u2013 Tres leches cake\"
