Mango<\/strong> is one of my favourite\u00a0tropical fruits and its unique spicy-sweet and tangy flavour<\/strong> can be easily appreciated by many.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0skin of mangoes is smooth and thin but though, varying from yellow to red, with patches of green, red or purple. The green disappears as mangoes ripen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mangoes also look perfect as decoration<\/strong> since they\u00a0can be perfectly diced\u00a0<\/strong>with an easy technique<\/strong> (that I used in\u00a0a recipe\u00a0I published\u00a0some time ago, the Tres leches cake<\/a>).<\/p>\n
