Why not!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just discovered the existence of a <strong>French pastry diploma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It took me months to <strong>understand how the education system works<\/strong> in France with all its acronyms, but I think <strong>this diploma could be good for me<\/strong>: it is needed if you want to work in a bakery, restaurant and so on, but also if you want to open a small bar that sells homemade cakes.<\/p>\n<p>This exam is primarily <strong>for students in pastry schools aged 16<\/strong> or so, so it should not be &#8220;impossible&#8221;. Moreover, I don&#8217;t need to attend any courses as the <strong>exam can be taken as &#8220;candidat libre&#8221; (external student)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I will collect more info in the coming days, but for the moment, I <strong>can&#8217;t wait till the registration period opens<\/strong> (apparently in October)!
