Winner – Davide Comaschi for Italy<\/p><\/div>\n

The World Chocolate Masters<\/strong> is a competition<\/strong> among great professional chefs from all over the world.<\/p>\n

The final<\/strong> took place in Paris<\/strong> from October 28th-30th and it was a very high-level, demanding challenge<\/strong>. The assignments<\/strong> for the competition demanded the creation of:<\/p>\n

– A Chocolate Showpiece<\/em>
\n – Dipped Pralines<\/em>
\n – A Chocolate Layered Cake<\/em>
\n – A Gastronomic Chocolate Dessert<\/em>
\n – Moulded Pralines<\/em>
\n – A “Creation of the Architect of the World”<\/em><\/p>\n

All the required tasks are already quite complex<\/strong> and this year the theme<\/strong> did not make things easier, since it was “The architecture of taste<\/strong>“! :-O<\/p>\n

I wouldn’t know where to start, but the contestants definitely knew what they were doing and came out with stunning decorations for their creations!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m proud to say that Davide Comaschi for Italy won<\/strong> the competition + a prize for best chocolate showpiece!<\/p>\n

The chocolate showpieces were the most stunning<\/strong> creations in this competition… Here are my favourite:<\/p>\n
