It is<strong> not complicated<\/strong>, but it requires care, especially for newbies. The final product must be relatively crispy, so don't take the baked p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux out of the oven if it is still soft.                                    <\/div> \n                                <\/div>                         <!--<\/td>\n                    <\/tr>-->\n                               <\/div>\n    \t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t\t  \n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"notes\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"gmc-recipe-subtitle\">Note<\/h3>    \t\t<ul>\n<li>This dough can be used immediately or <strong>even frozen<\/strong> (few people know that!) \ud83d\ude1b<\/li>\n<li>Most textbooks advise to bake the dough immediately, but I didn't notice big changes when I left a full pan for 50 minutes at room temperature before baking<\/li>\n<li>It is very important that the <strong>butter be fully melted<\/strong> when the milk and water come to a boil and for this reason it must be diced (it will melt faster): if it is not melted when the liquids are at 100\u00b0, you'll have to wait in order to add the flour and waiting means the <strong>water will evaporate<\/strong>, changing the proportions of ingredients in this delicate recipe<\/li>\n<li>Always add the <strong>last egg little by little<\/strong>, checking frequently if the dough has reached right shiny, firm texture<\/li>\n<li>Leave the<strong> oven door slightly open<\/strong> only after the first half of the baking process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steam<\/strong> is necessary at least for the first half of the baking process, so don't you dare open the oven door until your p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux has risen enough!
