Not everybody does that! I had to buy a few bars!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2057\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Patisserie-Noailles-Nimes-06.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2057\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2057\" alt=\"I'm not a fan of handwritten labels\" src=\"http:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Patisserie-Noailles-Nimes-06.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Patisserie-Noailles-Nimes-06.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Patisserie-Noailles-Nimes-06-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2057\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">I&#8217;m not a fan of handwritten post-its<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The <strong>shop assistant<\/strong>, though, was <strong>of no help at all<\/strong>: when I asked &#8220;<em>What&#8217;s the difference between all these types of chocolate?<\/em>&#8221; she replied with a vague &#8220;We have dark chocolate, milk chocolate, but then, <em>to be able to understand the subtle differences between two types, you need to be really good like the chef<\/em>&#8220;. And that was it.<\/p>\n<p>Well, she might have been right, but <strong>you just can&#8217;t assume your clients are all incompetent!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Long story short: I bought three <strong>chocolate bars and they were OK<\/strong>. But the box didn&#8217;t have the weight of the bar on it so I could not get an idea whether 4,40\u20ac was a high price or not. Moreover&#8230; the day after, I realized I had bought bars whose <strong>&#8220;Best before&#8221; date had already passed!<\/strong> Ok, it&#8217;s chocolate and there is no health risk, but come oooonnn&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So my brief stop in N\u00eemes allowed me to visit this p\u00e2tisserie but I was a bit disappointed in the end.
