It can either be used as is or <strong>chilled and then whipped<\/strong>, like this one.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe by <strong>Christophe Michalak<\/strong> is perfect to add a <strong>creamy texture to tarts<\/strong> and cakes, but it can also be used <strong>as filling for macarons or puffs<\/strong>\/\u00e9clairs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pistachio-whipped-ganache-Step-10.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1895\" alt=\"Pistachio whipped ganache - Step  10\" src=\"http:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pistachio-whipped-ganache-Step-10.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pistachio-whipped-ganache-Step-10.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.roadtopastry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pistachio-whipped-ganache-Step-10-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is simply made of pistachio paste, heavy cream and white chocolate. This recipe is <strong>super easy to make<\/strong> and looks great when piped (I piped it over my <strong>strawberry and pistachio tart<\/strong>: recipe coming soon!)<\/p>\n<p><em>Warning: <strong>white chocolate from an average supermarket can be quite bad<\/strong>. My &#8220;<strong>Nestl\u00e9 dessert<\/strong>&#8221; white chocolate was <strong>excessively sweet<\/strong> and with a strong vanilla flavour: if you can&#8217;t get a great chocolate such as
